The class starts pairing up and getting to work. Pornhat “Hey guys, I’m going to head home.” I say as I grab my shirt and sandals, “Hope you two have a great day, and Kara I’m really sorry about last night.” I get a stare from Kara and a shake of the head from Hannah in return. Exactly what I need. I don’t want to hear your stupid apologies anymore. We get out of the car and start walking up to school when Claire sees one of her friends, gives out a girlish squeal and runs over to her, already completely forgetting about me. So instead I just let my head fall to my desk with an audible thump.
